The DELMARVA RIDERS RC is open to all motorcycle enthusiasts regardless of age, gender or religion as long as they meet all prospect standards as listed in the by-laws.

The DELMARVA RIDERS RC is open to all two and three wheeled vehicles regardless of engine size.
